Join us for a talk about real world application of cutting edge technologies from Stephan Jacob, and benefit from his wide experience: Stephan is one of the founders and COO/CTO of Cotopaxi. Cotopaxi is Stephan’s 2nd business, after exiting e-commerce retailer Kembrel.com in 2013. He previously worked as a consultant for McKinsey and a software developer for Bunge US. As an advocate for an Indonesian Anti-Child Labor NGO, Stephan helped to take over 700 children from fishing platforms, factories, mills & prostitution back to their homes and schools. He holds an MBA from the The Wharton School (UPenn), an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute (UPenn) and a Master in Information Systems from the University of Mannheim & the University of South Australia. Stephan has adventured, lived and worked in 25+ countries, recently kayaked from Cuba to Florida & climbed hundreds of peaks as a Lance Corporal in the German Special Forces.
