Start with server...

1. Add "hangman" servlets to be activated by the paths /c and /d. Both servlets do the same thing, but only one should be implemented using call-with-continue.

   Each servlet works as follows:

   • A user first "logs in" by suppying a user id. This id must be used in prompts on later pages.
   • After logging in, the server generates a random word that the user is supposed to guess, one letter at a time. The initial page shows an "*" for each letter of the hidden word, and a counter that is initially "0".
   • The user guesses a single letter of the hidden word by typing into a form field. The next page shows "*" replaced by the guessed letter wherever it occurs in the hidden word, if anywhere, and increments the guess count.
   • If the user re-guesses a letter previously guessed, the re-guess should be rejected with a suitable error message, and without incrementing the counter.
   • Don't let the user see the word to guess (e.g., embedded in the URL).
   • The user should be able to "rewind" the game by hitting the brower's back button, and they should be able to explore different game futures simultaneously (i.e., the user should be able to cheat after successful guesses).
   • The servlets must handle multiple concurrent games (e.g., by different users) without mixing them up.

2. Make sure that your code is tested, but without using any TCP connections, even to "localhost". Note that you can set current-output-port and current-done-k before calling a function. You may also find it convenient to set up a current-return-page parameter to avoid parsing XML.
