Same here. Even though I use a couple of scsh scripts (written by
others).

Your timing couldn't be better, because Last week, I asked a couple of
guys if they were interested in porting scsh to PLT. We are on the
evaluation process, and your proposal sounds like a good compromise.
What I mean is that if you need some extra man-power, I'm sure some of
these guys will be interested, at least, I am.
At the schematics project @ sourceforge, we've also talked (more than
once) about porting scsh, or parts of it.

At least unix signal handling would be awesome. I can live without
it, though.
