PADL'02: Deadline extension

Due to a number of requests, the deadline for PADL'02 submission
is extended to Aug 20th. This is a firm deadline, and will not change.

The call for papers and details, including submission procedure,
for the 4th International Symposium on Practical Aspects of 
Declarative Languages can be found at:
