iplt and CVS

 When I released the iplt/ documentation tree on the anonymous cvs server,
 I had not consulted with Matthias Felleisen (our team director) concerning
 this move. After consulting with him, I have removed the iplt/ tree from 
 the server and request that nobody use the documentation in that tree for
 any purpose. 

 We will make every effort over the next year to release an improved
 version of this documentation tree in suitable form. 

 Sorry for any inconveniences that my move has cause.
