The arguments in the constant list of case are not evaluated, so
writing

  (case 'toto (('toto) "toto") (else 'foo))

is the same as

  (case 'toto (((quote toto)) "toto") (else 'foo))

What yyou want is:

  (case 'toto ((toto) "toto") (else 'foo))
