Re. How to Design Programs:

Our publisher would like to know whether

- any of our users would want an international edition

  An international edition is in English, uses all the same text, but
  is printed and bound at lower quality, making it much cheaper.
  These are typically used in developing countries.

- any of our users would want a foreign language edition

  If so, which language?
