Icon problem

Hi all,

I moved from version 101 to 102 and experienced
some strange behavior when using set-icon. With
101 it worked well to set the icon of a frame
window. However on 102 it seems to worked on some
instances only and moreover this behavior is
different on Win98 and Win NT as it happens not on
the same instances when performing the same
sequence of interactions on the GUI.
Any ideas???
