Are release notes included with DrScheme binaries?

I have installed the binary RPM distribution of DrScheme 101 on my Red Hat
6.2 Linux box. If I try to access the release notes from the Help Desk, I
get errors such as this:

Cannot display
"file:/usr/local/lib/plt-101/collects/mzlib/../../notes/drscheme/HISTORY":
open-input-file: cannot open input file:
"/usr/local/lib/plt-101/collects/mzlib/../../notes/drscheme/HISTORY" (2)

Are the required files shipped with binary distributions?
