gnumake no more

For those of you compiling the CVS-based source code on Unix platforms:

I've just exp-tagged new makefile templates that work with plain old
make; GNU's make will no longer be necessary for compiling MrEd.
Although I much prefer gnumake, relying on it has been a little more
trouble for users than it's worth to me.

If you configure into a directory previously used for compiling MrEd,
you'll need to throw away all the "GNUmakefile"s generated by previous
configure runs. The new configure script will generate "Makefile"s,
instead.
