You cannot compile DrScheme programs to executables.  

You can instead embed the MzScheme interpreter in a 
C/C++ program, and use the interpreter to run
Scheme code. That may be what you're after.  Look in 
the Inside Mz manual, in the section "Embedding
MzScheme in a Program".
