major/minor number mismatch ?

Hi All !

When running an ANTS protocol, what do the 
warnings about major/minor number mismatch mean ??

I have this small app which was running really poorly, so I thought I'd 
through out the sun JVM and try out kaffe...

After recompiling, when running the example with kaffee I ger a lot of those 
warnings.....

any help ???
