That is the right address.  However, since you're running Linux, your
Linux distribution probably has a jikes package.  

However, I suggest downloading a binary.  If you can use a red hat
.rpm get this file:

http://www10.software.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/jikes/project/stable/jikes-1.06-1.i386.rpm

If you just want a .tar.gz get this file:

http://www10.software.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/jikes/project/stable/jikes-1.06-linux-intel-glibc.tar.gz

The Kaffe javac (which is really just the Kopi Java Compiler) isn't
quite up to speed with our code.  Jikes should be much better.
